About the Trainer:
This is an in-person, highly interactive, one day workshop led by Mitesh Patel (BS in Information Technology, MS in Computer Science, MBA in Project Management, Certified SCRUM Master) with more than a decade of experience in US/Canada/India acrosss areas of agile project management and business analysis and helping organizations succeed and optimize their performance.
Active participation is highly encouraged. This workshop will empower individuals to learn practices and principles and work in close conjunction with team members realize the full promise of agile. At the end of the day, attendees will be capable of applying many new tools and techniques as well as their own mindset changes, to put agile into practice and be a high performer. Participants will also have the confidence and understanding to begin to socialize SCRUM at their own organization and support teams in improving their processes.
